Corporation Tax Bill

Legislation to devolve corporation tax powers to Northern Ireland has passed its second stage in the House of Commons without a vote. At the time of going to press, the Corporation Tax Bill has been referred to a public Bill committee which was due to report on 12 February. The 16-strong committee includes local MPs Mark Durkan and Sammy Wilson. The Commons will be dissolved on 30 March in time for the general election.
