EQ ICS launches new cloud-based case management platform for the public sector

EQ (Equiniti) ICS, the leading provider of case and document management solutions for the public sector in the UK and Ireland have launched EQ Cube, a new public sector case management system aimed at non-departmental Government bodies across the UK and Ireland.

Built with modular blocks, EQ Cube is configurable straight off-the-shelf, allowing organisations to align the platform to their needs and change modules to suit specific organisational requirements. It also provides capabilities to build additional modules to meet unique challenges.

With over 20 years of experience in delivering case management systems to the public sector, EQ ICS drew on a deep understanding of public sector procurement processes to shape the development of EQ Cube, ensuring that it is fully compliant with both GDS and NICS procurement guidelines.

The intuitive user-interface was developed following extensive user-testing and research, helping shape EQ Cube as a solution that is easy to use and follow straight away, reducing any time and expense spent training staff.

Built-in business intelligence software allows organisation to drive digital insight and data interrogation, effectively looking under the bonnet of their organisation, helping spot trends and track against goals, as well as aid decision making.

EQ Cube is quick to deploy, easy to configure, and can be hosted on premise or in the cloud. This coupled with its configurable-off-the-shelf and fully complaint nature makes it an extremely attractive proposition for public sector organisations.

The launch of EQ Cube comes hot on the heels of EQ ICS being awarded a long-term multi-million pound contract from Land and Property Services (LPS).
Over the 14-year term of the contract, EQ ICS are to supply a new Revenue and Benefits IT system to assist in the billing and collection of rates across Northern Ireland, playing a key role in LPS’ Nova Programme.
Work has already commenced on the project and the new system is scheduled to go live during the summer 2023.

The new system will enable LPS customers – business owners and citizens across Northern Ireland – to access their account via a new digital portal, designed in accordance with the latest accessibility standards.

EQ ICS and Toplevel Sales Director, Stuart Gunning explains: “It has been an exciting period of growth for EQ ICS over the past 12 months. The development and launch of EQ Cube further strengthens the portfolio of digital software solutions we’re able to deliver to public sector organisations across the UK and Ireland.
“EQ Cube has allowed us to bridge the gap between vendor solutions and customer requirements, where there has been a desire for an ‘off-the-shelf’ solution that goes beyond the capabilities of a traditional off-the-shelf offering, whilst fully complying with GDS and NICS procurement guidelines.
“We are also delighted to be afforded the fantastic opportunity to extend and strengthen our long-standing partnership with LPS through the development of the new Revenue and Benefits IT system across Northern Ireland.
“LPS have played a crucial role in our society over the last 18 months, helping to support businesses through management of Government schemes in what have been challenging times for us all.”
