Northside development

Belfast city centre’s skyline is to be transformed by the building of 11-storey residential developments as part of the Northside regeneration project. The £300 million mixed use scheme – to be completed in 2018 – will run alongside the University of Ulster’s new Belfast Campus at York Street and is being taken forward by Balfour Beatty and property developer Kevin McKay.
