Building better lives together

Ballymisert Heights, Belfast.

As Triangle Housing Association finishes its 40th year, we are confident it reflects the values and the work of the ‘pioneering women’ who in 1977 envisioned its role to provide housing, support and care, employment services and the building of communities.

Triangle has grown significantly over that time, now employing 450 people as well as securing and expending some £29 million on services and accommodation over the past year.

This year we have delivered 112 new homes and plan to deliver a total of 300 new properties by March 2020

We manage and maintain a range of supported and general family accommodation sometimes in partnership with other voluntary and statutory agencies. This year we will exceed 1,000 homes.

Through our Floating Support Service we assist more than 800 people with complex needs each year to secure and maintain tenancies, access benefits and other services.

Providing support for almost 380 individuals with learning disabilities to develop required job-related skills, and to enter or re-enter work activities through our Progression to Employment Services.

Through our Supported Living and Community services we provide individualised housing and care support to people with a learning disability and/or complex needs in dispersed properties. Also, home-based community support promoting integration into communities.

We believe our vision is reflected in our 40-year history and will be in our future – ‘building better lives together.’
